Brookeridge Fireworks (NOW JULY 3RD)

UPDATED -- Due to the potential for adverse weather on Monday night, the fireworks show will now take place on Sunday night. 

• Date: Sunday July 3rd
• Time: Show starts at 9:30pm and runs for roughly 40 minutes
• Place: The fireworks will be launched on Kearney Road just east of the approach end of the east-west runway (approximately 8511 Kearney).

Viewing Areas: Many residents will have a good view of the fireworks from their homes. If not, a good view could be found at the Tot Lot playground on Millbrook just west of Kearney. Additionally, the residents of 8300 Kearney and 8511 Kearney have both offered viewing areas to paid BHA members (bring your lawn chairs). No viewing should take place on private property without the homeowner’s permission, and no viewing or trespassing will be allowed on taxiways, runways or other airport property. Please note that this segment of Kearney Road is a private road and will be open only to foot traffic for several hours before and after this event.

Event Funding: This event continues to be privately operated and managed by a small group of local residents. BHA is helping to communicate and promote the event and also soliciting donations to help cover the cost of the event.
