The public lakes within Brookeridge are for the enjoyment of all residents who are BHA members.

The main residential lake in Brookeridge is Candy Lake located to the north of the intersection of Lakeside, Central and Washington streets. The public access area for BHA members is on Central approximately 300 feet east of Main Street.

Like other lakes in Brookeridge, this lake is surrounded by homes so please be mindful of residents whose properties border the lake. Fishing is allowed but a catch-and-release policy applies at Candy Lake and the other bodies of water in the Community. Small boats are permitted but gas motors are not allowed. Boaters are required to purchase a sticker from BHA. Please contact BHA to purchase a sticker or for more information.
