Earth Day Cleanup (25 Apr 2026)

Come join your fellow Brookeridge area neighbors for this annual event. Grab some free coffee and donuts, and help us clean up litter and debris in some of the common areas. The plan is to pick a location, grab a trash bag and work gloves (provided), take a walk and pick up any garbage you notice.

WHAT: Help clean up the neighborhood
WHEN: Saturday April 25th -- Rain or Shine
Time: 9:00am

Same as last year, there there will be two meeting places:

Main Street Park (coordinator: Linda Nash at 630 963-5042 or b17baby@comcast.net)
A group will pick up garbage on the west side of Brookeridge
A group will do spring cleaning of wild flower, grasses and shrubs around Maple Lake. Bring a rake and hand clippers, yard waste bags will be provided. (Paul Cozza will coordinate this group. 708-751-2899 or cozzap@hotmail.com)

Tot Lot Park at Mallard Landing (coordinator: Deb Coomer at 630-926-2671 or dcoome1123@gmail.com).

15^th Annual Brookeridge Aero Fly/Drive-in Saturday, September 12^th 10am-3pm.

Please post jpeg flyer on your social media and invite family, friends, EAA chapters, flying clubs and pilot friends.

Free lunch for Pilots flying in. Rusty Pilot seminar presented by AOPA.

This is the biggest neighborhood event and we hope to see you there!

BHA Annual Meeting (10 Nov 2026)

Come join us for our annual membership meeting scheduled for Tuesday November 10th at 7:30pm. As usual, it will be held in the Lakeview Jr. High School's Art Room.

The agenda for the 2026 Annual Meeting will be posted approximately one month prior to the event.

Santa Visit/Park Lighting Event (29 Nov 2026)

Come and meet Santa and sing a few Christmas songs Sunday evening, November 29th starting at 4:30pm. Hot chocolate and candy treats will be given out.

The Lighting Celebration at the park will take place at 4:45 PM.

The Decorating Committee will be working on setting up all the decorations. The park will remain dark until the time of our lighting event.
